Active Prospects is a not-for-profit care provider supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autistic people and physical disabilities. Each year, we support over 300 people across various residential and support living services in Surrey, West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.

This service was opened Summer 2024, and consists of 6  individual flats, with communal spaces. The service supports 6 females requiring a wide range of support from emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms, and being able to express their true selves.  The ideal people will have a passion for working with people with enduring mental health, a keen interest in the psychology behind complex behaviours that challenge and the willingness to learn and practice Positive Behaviour Support
